Common Questions

How much space do I need for the simulator?
The inflatable enclosure is 15×17 feet. You'll need roughly 20×20 feet of clear space with at least 10 feet of ceiling height, plus room to swing. We can do backyards, garages, event halls, parking lots, and more. Not sure if your space works? Just ask us and we'll tell you.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance for weekend dates. Weekday bookings have more flexibility. Peak season (summer, holiday weekends) fills up fast — the sooner you book, the better. Your 20% deposit locks in the date immediately.
What is the deposit and when is the rest due?
A 20% deposit is collected at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event before we begin setup. We accept all major payment methods.
Can guests bring their own clubs?
Absolutely. We provide a full selection of clubs (right-handed, left-handed, women's, and kids') for guests who don't have their own, but anyone is welcome to bring and use their personal clubs with our simulator.
How long does setup and teardown take?
We typically arrive 1–2 hours before your event start time to set up. Teardown takes about 45–60 minutes after your event ends. Setup and teardown time is not counted against your rental hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit the deposit. We understand things come up — contact us directly and we'll always try to work with you.
Do you travel outside LA and the Inland Empire?
Our primary service area is Los Angeles and the Inland Empire. For events outside this area, additional travel fees may apply. Contact us with your location and we'll see what we can do.
